View Full Version : Switched to BT Fibre and HB9200 not working !

My box is connected by an ethernet wired connection from the router, are there any settings in the Network or setup that need adjusting ?

Do you get an IP address showing in the HB9200 Network menu after powering it off and on?

If yes, open command prompt and try pinging the IP address shown in the 9200 Network menu.

If you don't know how to access command prompt, type cmd into the Windows search box and the bottom left of the screen.

Launch Command prompt and type ping followed by the 9200 IP address, so if your IP address on the box was 192.168.1.10 then you'd type ping 192.168.1.10 and press return.

If you see the something like the following

Ping statistics for (Your 9200 IP Address):
Packets: Sent = 4, Received = 4, Lost = 0 (0% loss)

Then the box is connecting to the Network with no lost packets.

Thanks, its going now, one of the settings somehow got turned to off, I finally noticed it and on it came.
