digitalb card wont update?

Silly question, but are you sure that the sub has not expired? Check with the supplier if necessary, at least they can arrange for the activation signal to be resent if your card sub is still valid.

only had it last august drpaulos got it for the footy so its well in m8 i put it in my conax cam this mornin it worked for about 5 seconds then off again? im stuck mate really dont know what to do?

Did you leave the receiver tuned to a Digitalb channel?

Put the card back in the conax cam and leave it on Digi+ and check it again in about an hour.

ok will do iv always updated it on digi+ and its always worked but il use the conax cam this time and see if it works thanks for replys fellas much appreciated. regards, adamx

I have personally found that any channels on 11.092V are fine for updates, and I always use the Conax CAM. I normally leave on Digi Premiere or My Music.

chek mate in menu in conax if if is got the subsiption tell me the date please??and try to ewich of receiver from main and on again if no report the numbers of the crad to the sponsor am shure he will be able to help you.

cant believe whats happening here. i did the reset last night just before i went to bed. left it on digi+ in my conax cam. after 2 minutes the picture came up and was working. i changed a channel to check the others and it froze and hasnt worked again since. left it on all last night still blck. @ darkman, first of all thanks for your time and help. the subs dates are as follows; digitalb subscription status:

another problem i have is that i cant remember where i had it from? im sure it was somewhere in the channel islands? i had a letter with it which i cant find incedently with a helpline number on it as well? ( kicks hiself) and a email for help updating?

still doin the same in conax cam . after a reset it comes on for about 5 seconds freezes and then goes off? its almost like my subs are blocked? i paid £148.00 at the beginning of footy season so its worked for 3 months. only thing i dint do was register it. but never had any probs before? its a 12 month card and when it arrived the techno info stated i had up to 12 months to activate/ register it , but its always updated in minutes before? so frustrating?

ITS WORKIN !!!! i cant work it out? ive got the newcastle game on and im sure david james is wearin a fookin mat ? check out his barnet lol. he looks like a cross between superman and one o the lego people lmfao. anyhow problem solved , thanks to the guys who helped and advised earlier in the post cheers, regards, adamx.

mate thsta mean some confickts between Conax cam and your receiver i will swich emu of in time when whatch digitalb or try to upgrate your receiver with diferent s/w or patch

yes darkman i agree im usin an echostar at present and i know they can be funny with conflicts. funny thing is tho its always worked before? must be down to a version of f/ware im using. im moving house after xmas so will be looking at buying a new stb. a technomate seems favorite at present. cheers for your help anyway darkman. much appreciated, my friend, regards, adamx.

my echo 3600 sometimes doesn't like it when you switch through too many digtalb channels and shows nowt - turn stb off & on & works ok

Your card has 2 valid records, one for october and the other for november 06 for the movie-package (and i guess including epl). Its that 0100001f that determines the package booked.
Your card wasnt the problem at all, its the receiver - cam combination that makes most of the problems. Check if you can get the december-update with the dragon.

With your problem regarding your Digi Alb update I thought I would look on mine to see how it updated speed wise.
Moved dish from HotBird to Eutelsat W2 with Digi Premiere selected.It updated instantly giving 01000010 which I was a bit upset about as I watch the odd footy game with my dad.Tuned to the footy channels and it then changed to
0100001f like last month and giving those channels back.:)
