Google Earth Plus

Hiya,

I have created Placemarks and Paths in Goole Earth Plus, I dont know how I can download this data now to my Garmin Legend to follow for my walk ?

Is there a simple tuitorial somewhere ; I have googled but cannot find ???

Uploading data to Google is fine when it tracks my walk from the GPS.
