tps old version C-62H

hi guys

i have an old TPS card version C-62H + phonix programmer + serial cable + viallz 1.6c

can i modify the card and use it ? and if so,how can i do it ?

that card is a via 2.4 its no use to mosc it as they are using AES keys now and only the official decoder can update the card with these aes keys. The mosc card will only work in the official decoder
