hi cat69,
in general, if are patched and you find a bin with biss keys, or are patched and you have the keys, afaik then you aught to be able to put them in, but with regards that particular one, i can not say, as i am not a biss expert, hopefully someone can answer and correct me
regards

I've posted these instructios in another forum as well, but it would be helpful to more users, here too.
We usually get a biss ch. codes in this form:
NBA TV . Index: 1F FA .HEX key: 18 .....(8 sets,16 digits).
We need now the ch-ID in its heximal form(ch-ID of NBA is 4 and turns to 0004 in this case) and its PMT PID which is 32 and turns to 0020(we need 4 digits for each one,no matter how small these features are).
Out of the 8 key-sets we skip the 4th and the 8th ones,so all we have to insert in one biss key line are 20 digits totally:0004002018....
Using the remote we go to : Menu --> TOH --> Parser --> Ram Editor -->OK
Press P+ or P- till you see BISS-FIXED DCW screen
or Press only the 'musical note' button (for radio ch's)
Go to an empty line : 00000000000000000000-->Press Ok
Insert the 20 digits-->Press OK .We exit all menus and then press STANDBY on the BOX to store.
If we wish to delete a biss key line, first we flash it and then we press instantly STANDBY button on the remote 4-5 times,or if we'd like to delete 2 key lines at the same time after flashing the first one we keep pressed almost any button, except'recall',for about 4-5 seconds!
I hope I helped!

That is a great help many thanks the only thing I cant figure out is how to obtain the ch id. Didnt quite understand that part. If say I was looking for ch ID for TV 8 Turkey, how would I go about getting it or if you can tell me what it is great.
Again
Thanks for your help

TV8:ch-ID is 1,or heximally 0001.
PMT PID is 32,or heximally 0020.
Cheers!

No, for God's sake!
Yes,about first 8 (00010020),but not all the rest 16,you will have space for only 12 of those.Read carefully my first instructions. You must leave out of this procedure the 4th and the 8th pairs.(That means out of the 16 digits you throw away the 7,the 8, the 15 and the 16th digits)

Can someone enlighten me regarding Fox Sports on 16e...
Is this using Biss?
Whats the method?

Hi,aslat.
It's the same method as above, but the problem is that there are 5-6 more biss ch's using the same exactly ch-ID and PMT PID,0001 and 0020,as Nat Geo Iberia,TV8 Turkey,NTV Turkey,BN Space, and Humax can clear only the first ch on the list,so it's your choice. You can easily find Fox's codes on other forums.

Thanks mate..
I think I've understood...
I've quickly made it work everything out using MS Excel: -
DECTOHEX (to convert to HEX)
LEFT (to extract 1st 2 numbers)
MID (to extract each set of pairs)
CONCATENATE (to join up ch-ID, PMT, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 5th, 6th, 7th pairs)
and ended up with a 20-figure number.
I'll try the number tonight when I get home and let you know...

Don't forget to check if there is another biss ch using the same 8 first items (out of the 20) in your Hummy's list...

So now I've only got one biss channel with line 001 0020.
As this is the same as TV8 turkey, do I need to edit this line to be able to watch it?

A brand new ToH3.4_HoT7.7 is out right now, pal, and this biss problem has passed away,at last.I'll start working on it next few hours and let you know all about it.Go for it and we'll talk about everything later.
Cheers!
