Mushy I stay in Dundee Scotland and having absolutely no problem with a 1m dish and 0,2db LNB!
Not that the signal strengths are accurate, im getting 78-82% on my TM1500.
Is your dish def aligned properly?

Depends on your dish, some lnbf's will fit the dish better as others, Invacoms fit the triax dishes just fine, other brands over/underlight the dish an little, not making full use of the potential reflected signal.
Then mounting the new lnbf, use an good meter and slide the lnbf forward/backwards to find the max signal point, rotate it for the max separation H/V as seen on the ******** ****iser.
It is not only the low noise capabillety that makes an good lnbf, phase noise, internal amplifier output, clean digital amplification etc etc...

I am using Invacom 0.3dB C120 on 1m CM Dish in Midlands UK and get Fox Sports on 16E.
I am using Dreambox and picture breaks up for first few minutes sometimes, then after that it works perfect. I think it is a tuner problem and not an LNB issue.

Which are good LNB's for orbital dishes, I have a 1m and would like to replace the 0.6db lnb to a 0.2db type to get a better signal for BADR Sat.

theres nothing to beat a biger dish

Yes ideally I would like a larger dish, it is on my wish list for christmas, but I currently have a 1m and would like to get the correct LNB and the best LNB as possible.

i have 1 m dish, i had 133 channels of nile sat available day and night, but also many of them keeps breaking up because of a poor signal , recently i replace my lnb to a smart titanium so i cud get better signal on nile sat, at first i though wow ! what a nice lnb i have bought .i get most of other satellites a full signal and quality( 85 - 98) when i tried it on nile sat,i wished i hadn`t replaced it, i couldn`t get half of the channels i had earlier, i tried everything it never works my old one from our local sat shop was by far the superior to the so called smart titanium . i did dish elignment again using my old lnb and BINGO!!! 133 channels on nile sat and full signal on each satellite i pointed my dish to, from 45 e to 45 west
i guess it`s the dish size, and fine elignment of it that matter. and not the lnb

was using invacom 0.3 single feed and changed to smart 0.1 single feed and slightly worse then tried smart titanium 0.2 tsx twin that was worse than both the others back with invacom as significantly better (10%+) all tried on channel master 1.2m offset dish.
czechlink 23e only recieved using invacom in oxford
