Art Card in DM500

Please help

I have a new art card and a DM500 with gemini 3.10 on it connected to internet, I have tryed newcamd cs, mgcamd cs and cam 3880i with cs all with no joy
Is there something else i need to change?
which way in does the card go chip facing up or down?
is there any way to check if the card has actvated/expiry date?

You said you tried with Camd3. Didn't you forget to add the config file ?

I managed to get it working after i put the image back in from scratch
