hummy problem

i turn the hummy on and it turn itself off at once, is it the psu ?? thx,

could be....
also could be some other silly things, the standby button is stuck down on ether the remote or the stb.
there could also be a short on your lnb cable.

but as you guessed its more than likley the psu...
check the output voltages on the strip plug using a multi meter.
these should stay the same regardless if your box is in standby or not
