Updating Channel List

Hi folks, I have noticed for sometime now that my Premier HD Sports is not clearing, and that HD Discovery is now coming on instead, whilst the original HD Discovery is just a blank picture.

Havinig difficulty finding Bigmans latest channel update since the big upheavel on the site, can anyone offer any advise or point me in the right direction.

Just rescan the transponder.
Premier HD Sports is no more...
There is only two Premier HD channels on that transponder.
Premiere HD Film & Discovery HD Deutschland.
Astra 1H (19.2E) - 11914.50 H - DVB-S2 - QPSK - 27500 9/10

Where is Bigman. It would be great if he could update his list from 2.2!
