update problem

Like a few other people I know we now cannot get the 8000cis updates. When we registered with visionnet site they never sent us the access codes. Now when you try to re register or access you get total blockage and with the comment your email address is registered to somebody else. In my case until i change my email address I cannot get into my own email and info! Any thoughts I cannot find a way in to inform the website of the problem. as all the other sites i know of have stopped posting the updates. cheers

Which forum? I have checked the two main ones, and unless you used a different ID, you are not registered on either.

You could try a certain Visionet Support Forum,it is a good TEAM!
Just noticed you mentioned the other site by name so I assume thats allowed,so try VSF team.
