What happened to CN on Hotbird ?

Hello, I've been away for some months and Cartoon Network no longer seems to work, the one on 10949, V, 27500. I remember it was open along with E! Europe (both CW encrypted). But now E is working fine while CN is not.

Apparently I missed the news. Could someone tell me what happened and if there's a solution for this channel please ?

It is Cyfra+ & Polsat... so when Polsat is ok then it works. Untill then it is down.
