There are two sats at 23.5E

According to the Astra website footprints, you would need a 60cm for Astra1D, and a 75cm for Astra3A.

 I've got a 1m here just north of Cardiff and I can't get the transponder with Kabel on it but others come in loud and clear. Are some of them directional?
Just looked at the footprint and it seems I'm right on the edge for my dish size - just have to get a bigger one!

Astra3A is harder to receive than Astra1D. I receive 1D very strongly and 3A medium strength with an 80cm dish in SE England. Don't forget that a majority of KD transponders now have an FEC of 9/10, so if you are trying to get them, make sure your receiver supports this.

 I've got a Technomate 1600 and my User Manual doesn't mention the FECs it supports. I'll have to check their website.

I can receive the signal perfectly using a Channel Master 1.2 metre dish with a 36v jack.;)

As for the channels yes they are HDTV so have to get a receiver that can decode the signal.
