3 green dots of death

Anyone help?
3 green dots on switching on, tried reloading firmware back to original and back to latest toh. Unable to load latest pet 123 as get error e-id, could it be power supply?
Any help appreciated

switch off rec.from the back. get your channel settings ready then switch on rec upload your channel settings it should be ok. good luck

In HNFsmart you need to go to Configure > Options and
under model select your STB and enter your humax id

Thats why you get error e-id because its wrong
