tomtomt 710

i have been reading about the tomtom 710 and and it just contains a 1 gb card containing the softwares and maps and such others what puzzels me is if the 710 is one up from the 700 why is the price so much more for something so similer due to this memoriy difference besides the bigger screen whats the difference between the two would anybody know please as im stumped like a big newb that i am
