You can get the safety cameras off the net if you search google for safety camera database.
As for the maps sorry I can't help.

i seem to find nothing i allways have to pay large sums of money and subscibe for one year i heard you can get updates without haveing to subscribe just pay once and they keep the uk maps up to date
