Is any one able to get the fta hd channels on this sat on thier hdci2000. i cant get any signal on that transponder. i managed to get the two 5 channels on another transpoder(encrypted) but no signal at all on the hd channels.

Region 2A ch5

Region 4AA Ch5
Region 5A Ch5

and also Intelsat

I also have no signal - i suspect because of the weather

what are the HD channels frequencies?

You can't get the HD channels on this sat because of the high symbol rate they use, 40000, the box can only handle a SR of up to 30000 in DVB-S2 mode. I have the same box as you and i did try just out of interest, but no luck! If anyone else wants to try with another HD box then the parameters are 11554V SR 40000 FEC 8/9

yes, the new Ferguson 8800 has option of 40000, also S2-QPSK (NBC) ansd S2-8PSK(NBC),.......... whatever they are?!
