humax 8100pvr & formula for neo

I am hoping for some guidance on the use of formula for neo. I have a humax 8100pvr and I am trying to use neo, and I can't seem to get it to communicate with the hummy. I have the settings correct but no matter what I do they do not communicate. has anyone else had this problem and got round it?
