Official D+ card [Archive]

Hello. can any one confirm if a Nagra D+ card can work on dreambox without BK. Also does anyone have any expirence using an unlooper? i.e can it damage the card just by reading it, are there any specific do's and don't's, can it be used to copy the card, and finally is the orange nexus unlooper suitable to at least read the card? Many thanks in advance.

anyone, please! I've now bought an orange Nexus unlooper, and have read various manuals, and posts on other forums, but none confirm if it clears the card when reading it or what the DIP settings are. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks again.

Yes orginal card of D+ are working o.k. here in dreambox its a card for 19,2 East so a BLU card black are for Hispasat
No boxkey etc works 100% also keyupdate are o.k. for it.

Thanks Snuffer. Are you saying that I don't need the boxkey? If so, can to tell me what emu you are using and what image.I have a Nagra2 card. thanks again.

I use a dreambox 7000 and genimi 2,9
Emu ???? thats only when you will use a softcamkey.

If you use a softcam key place a # before 1801 so you switch off the keys for 4101 D+.

OK, now I'm lost. Don't you need to select an emu to read the card? Can you tell if I start from scratch and install gemini 2.9 what other steps do I need to go though to read the card. Sorry for been so dopey:eek:

OK, I'll try again. But could you just confirm that all I need is Gemini and camd3.787b and nothing else. It's just that everywhere I read, it mentions needing the Boxkey. Should it take some time before opennig?. Thanks Again.

No boxkey 100% sure

Blu card for astra 19,2 East inside the DB some minuts waiting for activation and ready

Running here without any problems.
I have total packet of D+

I think for rom110 you need BK and possibly RSA...

a black card is for nagravision 30 west and it will also do 19 east
a blue card is seca 2 and will only work on 19 east
a black nagra card you need the boxkey

Thanks Baz for your confirmation (again!). So back to square one. Can anyone help me with the rest of my original post at the top, please. I've now got an orange Nexus unlooper and just need some simple steps to ONLY read the card. I know have to program the Nexus flash, but just need to confirm what else I need to do ,i.e what dip settings,script and to make sure I can't/don't damage the card just by reaing it. Thanks again.
