have digitald card , only 4 month old its a year card, but 2day all is down try in and out on off but still no pic, singal is strong, last time i watch was friday last, only thing i have done is put d keys in cam with remote ,its is dragon cam hope someone can sheade a little light on it for me

did you remember to leave on 16 east to get your monthly update. go in menu and look at subscription date. if you forgot ring your dealer , he will get digitalb to resend a signal

thanks, but they told me they dont utdate monthly no more its done when u buy card, i think they are right never had 2 wait on update, try a rescan but still no luck, will ring them again

benben can you read your card details and see what date is on it, not heard anything myself about no monthly updates the last date on mine reads 1/01/2007 to 31/01/2007.

sorry cant read date its t rex cam and never got **** need a conax cam 2 read and open up ratings still no pic here told they would open 2 day but nothing will have 2 ring again

You could try restarting the STB see if that helps.
Do it on a digitalb chanell
Failing that get yourself a conax cam.

Do all Dragon cams soft have the correct provider in for Digi Alb.I read somewhere they at one time were on constant dcw so that version won`t work.Perhaps a reflash with the correct ident included is needed to work with your Digi Alb card and get it to update.Forgot to do mine once and tuned in 12 days into month on I think Digi Plus and it updated after perhaps 30 secs.Looked as it is a full card and it hadn`t put the full entitlement on.Tuned to Supersport when I could get the channel before it switched transponder and that full entitlement came up after perhaps 5 min.This is in a Conax receiver.

A lot of predator & predasaur files which have had the CAIDs modified by the file guys won't work with DigitALB because CAID 0B00 which is required for DigitALB is replaced with a different ID.

To ensure you have the correct CAID simply load the predator or predasaur file into CAID_SHA_FIX and modify the CAID and then save. Then reload the saved version into the cam.

You have to have 0B00 in the CAID list for Conax cards to work.

Google CAID_SHA_FIX for the program.

thanks for replys , not sure how caids works tryin some different files now but still nothin.will go back 2 pred 53 and see if that works . can u tell me where i can find caids is it in cam or receiver?

workin at last, went back to pred 352 and it workin on it. will have 2 enter d with remote and lost eurosport1 and 2 can anyone tell me new file 355 that digital card works in?

might pay you to get conax from sponsor£40. or at least just try some of new files on al sat, keeping pred 352 as backup. otherwise you could have this every new pred file. nice that youre working again.

Glad your up and running again benben the programmable cams are always hit and miss with official smartcards if it were me I'd invest in a conax cam see "Lee at gold wafers" and use your dragon as it's meant to be used.

That's one of the reasons you are being advised to get a conax cam m8 I have two providers on my card now 1010 digitalb & 1020 supersport.

allways dipend wich packege did you bought mate.
1.packege Full 27 channels ( no Sport)
2.packege Sport Premium 6 channles only Sport
3.Gold packege Full+Sport = Gold Packege 33channels all.
