The only other text I can see inside the file says Arion

Then put tps.auc Arion into Gooooooogle

But if you can't be bothered it seems to be a (key?) file for Arion and Ferguson boxes.

Yes, the 'tps.auc' file is the output result of the more common 'tps.bin' file, which is itself converted using a special '...convert.exe' tool.

Whatever, result = TPS.
