I HAVE JUST PURCHASED THE 8000CIS AND HAVE GOT STUCK AT THE FIRST HURDLE.I TRIED TO TURN THE EMU ON BY PRESSING 9999 MUCH LONGER THAN FOUR TIMES BUT CANNOT GET IT TO OPEN.ANY HELP WOULD BE APPECIATED.satsam

Turn off caps lock m8, it looks like your'e shouting.
Don't know much about them but if the emu is not installed it won't turn on.

Just a footnote to say after following the Graham7 how to install notes I eventually got it set up.I dont know how I would have managed without these valuable instructions.Thanks for help.SATSAM
