hi has anyone got original software for this my nokia phone when i switch off goes into a puk mde and is asking for the pin codes. is the software on my phone corrupt or is it susposed to do this. any help wolud be greatly recieved on tis and many thanks in advance:confused: :confused: :confused: :confused:

Go on nokia website and download Nokia software updater, Here;

select you phone, select software update availability,
in the next page follow the instruction.

The PUK code is in the SIM card.

It sounds like someone entered the wrong PIN code too many times.

The phone is probably locked to the SIM CARD, and I am not sure that programming new firmware will fix it.

Have you tried a factory reset. *#7370#

It will ask for lock code, default is 12345. Worth a try.
