lostone ?

my ad3000ip via seems to have had a mental breakdown & i would like to do a fresh instal of firmware & chanel listings etc, i still have a print out on how to do it but for some reason the disc with the progs on is us & both of my drives say "no disc in" when i try to open it, can any m8 offer any help in locating lostone's files or advice on how to solve my problem.
