TPS.hdf ?

what is the difference between a tps.hdf and a tps.keybin?
does the tps.hdf make an update? in that case, for how long?

Have a look,before you ask,please!
Humax needs the .hdf file and it lasts from about 09:00 am GMT(this is the usual time they make it public) until 03:15 am GMT next morning.
