Webif And Streaming

Ok installed Tuxvision and can now watch DB on PC however how do you change channel? Readme states "(5) Start Dreambox on desired channel. Start TuxVisionR and select Preview and/or Record as you wish. To change channel, stop TuxVisionR and use expert webif.

Is webif something that is already built into the image(Gemini) I'm not sure what this is or how to change the channel.
