k1 pride and ufc, what channels?

i know k1 is monday nights on eurosport and ufc is a regular on bravo.
also sometimes worth a look is twc(the wrestling chanel) on 28east its fta i think and often has cage rage daily i think about 5pm if ya inta that sort o thing.
youtube has loads on aswel, check out a guy called kimbo slice hes a bare knuckle fighter who has quite a few scuffles uploaded.
and if ya get bored of that i reccomend a good read instead - Tarmac Warrior!
its by billy crib, a gypsy bare knuckle fighter who ends up on an extreme underground fighting circuit in usa which puts ufc, pride, k1 etc. into the playground, i couldnt put it down, it put lenny mcleans book to shame:eek:
