HDCI won't work with Conax cam?

Can not get digi albania to work with this box.

Works fine with my Manhatten.

Conax cam and valid sub.

Any ideas?

is the cam and card there in the ci menu? i have a dragon and conax cam (with dig alb card) in mine

Yup, card and cam show up OK just no pic.
