Can you switch navigation off on TT1?

Got this speed camera file working great now, thanks chaps.
But its so accurate I want to have the TT on just to spot cameras for me, even when I'm not using the device for navigation.
So is there a way you can do this, without it constanly telling me the directions to the last time I used it?

I thought if you don't program a route then it won't keep giving directions?

There should be an icon called clear route, press that to just get your position, and not route planning.

Yes found it now scrupples, many thanks. It's been telling me to turn round and how to go back home all the time!

Only way you will do it mate is with the silent voice.

That way you can have camera alerts with no annoying voice when you know where you are going!
