Does anyone know if this package will work with a Innovative and Dreambox?

No problem using it with a Dreambox
I don't own an Innovative so can't comment.

as long as it can read conax camcrypt should be ok

Some receivers cannot handle the fast 3200 bit rate.The Dreambox 7020 is fine.:)

Works fine on my 500s using G-Box.

Don't know about the ones your asking but Manhatten ST-550 struggles.
If you change channels too fast it locks up and eventually re-boots.
Wastes about 2 mins each time it happens.

is working ok,never try about activation or update.
