tomtom contact help please

hi guys

i am trying to contact tomtom to get a under warranty tomtom repaired (not charging).


I ahve used their website and the service and repairs email which asks for a repair no and despite trying to bluff it I get failed message.

Any contact help appreciated.

Its a real crap service I am afraid so prepare to be without it for about 3 weeks!

Even then it could come back still broken, as much as I love my TomTom, their aftersales is real crap.
