How to please (Enable WAP)

Hi, got a Nokia 6230i phone. can't follow the instruction manual. have downloaded a new ring tone and am told by ring tone supplier it has been saved to my wap locker.

Can anyone give me a stage by stage method of getting to use this ringtone please?

sounds to me like you have to go to there sight on you phone sign in and go to your wap locker and down load to your phone iv been told that some charge for wap lockers?? im no expert but hope it helps
