Trouble programming HDci2000

I have all the relevant software have connected hdci to com ports , set to com 1 , 115200 baud and when go to program on screen does not find hummy

any ideas

You do know that you must power down Hummy with switch at rear of box then immediately power back on again before the Hummy is detected?
