i have a number of Premier channels which will not open. does anyone out there know how i may access these channels.

perhaps had i spelled it correctly it would have helped.

i am referring to the premiere channels on astra 19e, the ones that are un-named. i understand that with some handsets you can click certain buttons to open these "un-named" channels,can i on my handset?
