humax 2000 blue movie problem

got this box yesterday and blue movie channels dont work. i checked the freq and video/sound id and 100% right .
i checked cam in friends box is working. id are same as mine.
all other. i have manual search and still no go.
bbc hd ok so box software is ok.

On my humax 5300 I cannot seem to get these on prem world...do you know why that maybe :)

wrong cam or card for ur 5300

all i want is the channels m8.

These channels can only be found via the opt+ drop down menu or by using a settings editor to input the channel data.
