I think I've done everything right on my 5400, installed ToH3.4_HoT7.9.hdf, installed channels, set CAID preselect as CARD+EMU (in ToH config) and installed some valid keys with DSR, but nothing works apart from FTA :(

I know this sounds stupid, but do I have to have a card in the slot?

May seem a strange question to ask but I'm used to a dreambox that went kaput last week :(

Yes you need a programmed card in slot, it can be gold, ds9, or fun.

Doesn't matter how long ago the card was programmed, the emu just needs the irdeto atr from it.

tps requires different update to bin file, its an .hdf file, and also set the clock 1hr forward for clearing tps
