No sound on Premiere HD

I'm using a Pace receiver with a T-Rex CAM, but I can't get any audio to come through on the Premiere HD channels.
I've tried a re-scan of the channels and selecting each of the two audio PIDs that are displayed, but still no audio either in English or German.

Any ideas guys ?

Try another CAM software as it could be the CAID is missing in the version you are using.
