Am I going Wrong Somewhere..?

Hi all.. just set-up my Innovative box..

connected to internet.. downloaded channels off hotbird.. changed download location to Europe, entered 9906, box did a SW update.. finished.. entered 8493.. channels still locked :(
do i need a patch or am i doing something wrong..?

yes you have it's 8943

Do a factory reset-then download a few channels from Hotbird 13 east
Press 9906 to update software
Then factory reset & download all channels from hotbird astra etc
To view press 8943 although some channels come on without entering this
You might need to check the Lyng sat site for an up-to-date channel frequencies list

To alter/enter latest keys press 8282

Also on SW update a lot of folk are using the middle east setting

To check its working ok -select menu -system information & you should get an additional blue box come up at the bottom which says 'connection ok'!
It should have a date at the top of the screen -09/02/07 which is yesterdays update
