cant upload new keys!

Can someone please help......when i open dsr and empty ram, the original keys are still there, and so when i try to upload latest keys, it doesnt show on stb. All connections are correct and working and i have latest toh...Please help as i have to reset my box to original and start over!

hi dale,
if you are unable to send an empty ram to your box then there is a connection problem more likely.

to test this,if you use a channel settings file then reload it and it will clear the bin for you, the other way to do this would be to upload your settings from your box, then reload them, same result.

make sure you are using dsr9500 5.6 cw

thx for the reply, i now have dsr 5.6 and catone v3 which seems to have done the trick. Thanks again
