Hi Fred. Simon is indeed correct re null cable. If your 3000ip works OK I suggest that you do not attempt to upgrade as from memory the later files caused problems for some of us. I still use my 3000ip daily! The loader has disappeared off the Echostar site. I may have it on a floppy disc somewhere if you are in a bind.
