I have connected the box to the internet pressed the fn key on the remote control, and up pops a box I select the information box, and get my receiver - no card at the top the ethernet port saying plugged, ip address with my ip address showing and then status saying searching and then 33FF- C20A - C0 11 57 AA 76 77 8A 89 but after 10mins still says searching, can someone please help, as I have read the stickie and cannot work out what to do?
