Dish mounting plate

My Jaeger H2H SMR-128 has malfunctioned via the 36volt electric motor. I cannot find a replacement so I'm going to purchase a Diseqc. My one problem is the different mounting plate of my Triax 1.1metre dish. Can anyone help with info as to where I could get a Triax fitting... to an {inclination angle adjustable 50mm pole} bracket.
