trouble with vn8000cis

pls can anyone help me with my box. just fixed it with new sw2.03 but can seem to work.....nothing clears and can even use my cam now.
how bad....pls help is urgently needed.

There are problems with 2.03 downgrade to 2.02 or 1.70 but the servers have been down all weekend here anyway,but it might fix your cam problems

Remember you have to turn on the EMU by pressing menu and press 9999 until you see the smart card if you press the menu first and see if you have got the smart card in the menu. I have got 2.03 on and working with Dragon and EMU and servers when they are working.

thanks folks for help.i finally got my vn8000cis to display successful....but dont know where to go first to confirm if really successful...laughs.
pls can you advise the next step? vn8000cis/2.3/eu.:) none of the filmnet or supersport is clearing. what do think i should do?
