DSR 9500 EMU Ed 5.6 CW help

Please help, i am unable to upload keys for some reason. I have latest toh etc. when use dsr it connects ok but keys dont appear in parser-ram editor, also verify from box dont work,comes up with message on pc- verification error 4091 mismatching bytes found.
Anybody help????

open DSR 9500 go to ? and under settings check Humax def. check also if comport is the good one. download the latest key.bin
