on my reciver the codes are blank for viaaccess, seca etc.

latest S/W seemed to D/L as normal,but wiped out all codes on all encriptions. we need info. to force D/L of codes---that info was lost with the satpimps forum. i,ve left STB on 13E hoping for an OTA D/L

left phoenix STB on 13 east over-nite,the OTA D/L failed to work. can any one confirm this function is no longer available on this STB?

OTA has NEVER worked with my box.
I don't mind as I just zap the latest software with the Null Modem cable then enter the latest "Keys" for D+ & Prem.
It's enough for me & "Her". And, the sound is way superior to the sound on my Sly+.

checked with phoenix service dept---this file has been withdrawn,new software will be available very soon---as the OTA D/L does not work ,the lost codes & encriptions can be restored by installing an earlier version of the keys via the key updater. hope this clarifies the situation . johnmoft
