Cleaning humax

How do i go about cleaning the humax so that i can start from scratch with updates.I think i must have had a bad file from somewhere because premiere nor D+ works for me.Humax 5400,H/W oak 1&11 2.1,S/W hic 1.05.00+,device driver hic 1.05.00+,loader version H 2.08,system id 0016.0600.

well now seriously
if you upload the latest hot patch hot8.0 you will get auto update for prem d+ and cabo (downfall is the au keys for d+ and cabo will be wrong) to get around this problem upload the 8.0 fix posted by marco in the firmware section that way you will then be able to stick your own keys in as they come out.
other things to check.
you have caid set to card+emu in the toh menu
let me know how you get on or if you come across any other problems

If you really want to start from fresh use the file below but
its IMPORTANT that you follow the instructions in the readme !

Install at your own risk, having said that I have use it many times

I might add that nearly all humax problems are down to not
loading the keys

You should always empty the humax Ram first then go to
Ram editor on your humax and check its all 0 (zero) then load
the keys and check they are there

Thanks for all your answers for ZAD i have uploaded the hot 8.0 and the 8.0 fix and the caid is on card+emu and the clock is 1hour+everything works fine for abot 10min then goes off.TNT thanks for the file i will give it a go if all else fails,i always put the keys in with the remote but i might try and put them in via pc and empty ram first.
