C****+ FR 13E and Kabel Deutchland 23.5E

C+ FR 13E is working in some Preditor files but not on the Vantage.
Does anyone know if it is possible to get working on the Vantage ?

Kabel Deutchland 23.5E is working on the Vantage but not on the Dragon CAM.
Does anyone know if the Dragon can support this package ? ( The Dragon in
this case is not for use in the Vantage ).

Doesn't work with current softcam.key files though, even if you erase the Viaccess keys in the cam file before uploading them.

Are you saying that you can load in a softcam.key file and then remove
the viaccess keys one at a time and then await a TPS update ???
