D+ Strange Behaveour

When I put the latest D+ keys in I can clear the Taquila's 1-8 but none of the others eg. Accion ,Deportes etc etc. Is this possible?

I have loaded latest PCMC table I could find and checked the frequencies on *********.

Any ideas anyone??

I have read about this elsewhere, and I think downloading the latest key.bin worked for them. Good luck
