Same old same old

Hi Guys

I do apologise if I am repeating myself as I have read similar threads but have tried everything to get it working.

Anyway I have loaded all the latest files for TPS but the only channels that I can clear on Hotbird is 2 music channels, a do***entary channel and an American news network. I would like to know if I could get the TPS and Multi channels because it does come on after several minutes and only lasts a few seconds.

with the latest TOH 8.0 + hdf & bin files u may receive a lot more
then that.

with tps it needs daily updates (not bin files) what is needed is HOT 7.9 or 8.0

Thanks Guys for your replies, I have do all that and I still get multi and the cine channels appearing for a minute and then scrambled.

If anyone could tell me whether I need my humax connected to my computer? To watch TPs channels.

hi saferoom,
without me checking up, do not forget to change your stb clock to gmt +1, for tps, but however you should have it set that way to clear all you want

I have set everything, I have followed a the steps, I have installed all the relevent files, but nothing.

I have been uploaded files to my Humax for around 5 yrs so I am not really a novice, but whats bugging me is that I am missing a file. I have not used my Humax for around 6 months and I have recently installed the ToH3.4_HoT8.0 file, hdf (TPs file) and updated bin file to no avail. The machine was set to gmt 1+ and Card + Emu.

If somebody could assist me with this problem I would be most grateful or even better send current files to my account to see if it works.

try this with HOT 7.9 or 8.0

if you get same prob i would start from scratch firmware and latest patch

Thanks Guys for all your help, but I should of mentioned when I upload a tps bin file from 'opala' I get the error message IS THIS A NEW MODEL NAGRA-17 TYPE OF RAM FILE?

i take it you are using tps hdf file and not bin ?

Hi Guys

Would you Adam and Eve it!!! When I set the time to 1+ GMT I actually set it to 1 hour ahead of the UK time, but not knowing it states 1+ GMT. What a tool!!!!
