7 east

what is the best way to get 7 east
i don`t have a sat meter all i have to go by is one dish pointing at either 13 or 19 east

is there any fta an&logue channels

I get a nice strong fta digi signal from 11175V, 27500, 3/4. TV PPolonia and TVP Kultur.
I have not seen any a n a l ogue signals from that bird.
