I've just seen my freind's official T*S newsletter saying that their engineers will visit subscribers to make neccesary technical changes starting from September. So maybe we will see T*S on Hotbird at least until then. Providing the emus can be fixed!

Like I said 'maybe' and 'providing the emus can be fixed'.
I suspect the secure encription change will be when they move totally to 19.2 degrees, and who knows, swap out all the old TPScrypt cards/boxes.
Time will tell I guess.

They'll probably bin the old TPS boxes and replace them with CSAT Fr boxes which use Mediaguard2 which isn't open at present so goodbye to TPS.

I reckon so. Or maybe the latest version of Viaccess2. Let's hope, not for a few months at least!

Shame they didn't run both Mediaguard2 and TPScrypt side by side on Astra then I'd be happy! D+,Prem and C+ Fr all on one little fixed dish!

All the dishes will be directed towards 19.2° until the end of 2008. TP... suscribers will receive a new card and keep their old boxes. They must use the new card when they changed satelllite. Sorry but I speak english like a spanish cow....
